I've never done hypnosis before, although I've previously used meditation techniques. The direction given in the audio is very easy to follow, so no previous experience is necessary. I listened to it as I went to sleep at night.
I found using this audio a very interesting overall experience, resulting in a subtle change and/or lack of "wanting", but it does seem to take some time to make an impact, as in, it's not an instant fix.
I used this tool on my last round of the hcg diet, and really found it helpful to stay focused; I wish I would have had it on the previous rounds, I think I would have been more successful, sooner. I am definitely a fan!
